What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ starts at 240 pens. Distribution and OEM tiers scale with volume commitments — we'll align pricing and terms to the partnership shape that fits your market.
Do you offer exclusive territories?
Yes — for our education product line, we grant country-level exclusivity to partners meeting volume and marketing commitments. For retail and DTC channels we typically work with multiple partners per market. We'll discuss what makes the most commercial sense for both sides.
What's the lead time on bulk orders?
Standard stock items ship within 5 business days of order confirmation. Custom orders (private label, bespoke colors, custom packaging) typically run 2–3 months end-to-end, including design sign-off, tooling and production.
Do you provide marketing materials?
Yes — product photography, lifestyle imagery, video assets, lesson plans, social media templates and co-branded campaign assets. All available in our partner portal after signing.
Can I sell on Amazon and other marketplaces?
Marketplace selling is allowed for retail partners with MAP (minimum advertised price) compliance. We can also support you with brand-protected listings.
Do you work with schools directly?
Yes — but we strongly prefer to work through local educational distributors who understand procurement, invoicing and after-sales support in their market. If you're a school looking to buy directly, contact us — we'll connect you with the right partner.
How do payments and credit terms work?
Payment and credit terms are discussed individually, based on partnership tier, projected volume and credit history. PO-based invoicing is available for educational institutions.
Can we customize the product (colors, packaging)?
Yes — under our OEM / Private-label track. Custom pen colors, packaging design, filament formulations. MOQ scales with customization level. Reach out and we'll send the customization deck.
