Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy sets out the delivery methods, payment options, and shipping carriers available when ordering from the EDUstick® online store at edustick.shop, operated by EDUstick Sp. z o.o. (Warsaw, Poland). Specific carriers and delivery times depend on the destination country and the product ordered. In case of any discrepancy between this English translation and the original Polish version, the Polish text prevails.
Order processing. We prepare orders for dispatch within 24 hours on business days, and the estimated transit time is 3 business days. The total delivery cost and the estimated delivery date are shown before you place the order, in the cart and at checkout. Details in § 4.
§ 1. Delivery Methods
The Customer may use the following methods of delivery or collection of the ordered Product, provided they are available for the Product ordered:
- Courier delivery: through one of the carriers listed in § 3 below;
- In-person pickup, available at: EDUstick Sp. z o.o., ul. Żegańska 15, 04-713 Warsaw, Poland.
§ 2. Payment Methods
The Customer may use the following payment methods, provided they are available for the Product ordered:
- Cash on delivery;
- Bank transfer to the Seller's account;
- Electronic payments;
- Payment card.
Detailed information about currently available delivery methods and accepted payment methods is provided on the Store's pages during checkout.
§ 3. Shipping Carriers and Coverage
Orders are shipped through the following courier companies:
DPD
Cash-on-delivery shipments are available only within Poland. Prepaid orders are carried by DPD to Poland and to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Spain (excluding the Canary Islands), Netherlands, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Monaco, Germany, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary, Italy.
InPost Parcel Lockers (Paczkomaty)
Shipments to parcel lockers are available both as prepaid and cash-on-delivery. The delivery address will be the parcel locker location selected and confirmed by the Customer during order placement. InPost Parcel Locker service is available only within the territory of Poland.
DPD Pickup Point / Locker
Prepaid shipments to pickup points located within Poland.
Orlen Paczka
Prepaid shipments to pickup points located within Poland.

Besides Poland, we ship to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.
The binding list is the one shown at checkout: if your country is not offered as a delivery address, the order cannot be placed. The carrier available for your address and its cost are shown before payment.

The delivery cost depends on the method and destination country. You see it together with the estimated delivery date in the cart and at checkout, before you place the order. In Poland, delivery is free on orders from 399 zł.
§ 5. Available Delivery Options Per Product
Each Product available in the online store has its own defined available delivery methods. When placing an Order, the Customer should review which delivery options are available for the chosen Product and select the option most convenient for them.
