This Legal Notice contains the mandatory company information for the operator of the EDUstick® online store at edustick.eu, as required by Article 5 of the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means (18 July 2002), Article 5 of Directive 2000/31/EC on electronic commerce, and Article 6 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. EDUstick® is a registered trademark of EDUstick Sp. z o.o. Magic Filament™ is a trademark of EDUstick Sp. z o.o. Other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on the website are the property of their respective owners.
No part of the website may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of EDUstick Sp. z o.o.
