Refund policy
- Effective from: 1 October 2026
- Return window: 14 days from receipt
- Original language: Polish
This Refund Policy describes how returns, refunds, and exchanges work when ordering from the EDUstick® online store at edustick.shop, operated by EDUstick Sp. z o.o. (Warsaw, Poland). It applies in addition to your statutory rights as a Consumer under EU and Polish law. This policy applies to physical goods. Withdrawal from the Creators Club subscription, including on renewal, is governed by § 9a of the Terms of Service and the Creators Club Subscription Policy. In case of any discrepancy between this English translation and the original Polish version, the Polish text prevails.
§ 1. Return Window
We operate a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to request a return.
You may inspect the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling it beyond that extent. Please return the product together with its accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging. Keep your receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.
§ 2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@edustick.eu.
Returns must be sent to the following address:
- Return address: EDUstick Sp. z o.o., ul. Żegańska 15, 04-713 Warsaw, Poland
- Questions: contact@edustick.eu
For any questions about returns, you can always reach us at contact@edustick.eu.
§ 3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Discounted products are returned on the same terms as any other product.
§ 4. Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
§ 5. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, you may inspect the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, and you are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling it beyond that extent.
§ 6. Refunds
We will email you once we have received the returned goods. When you withdraw from the contract, the refund is your right and does not depend on our approval; we may only withhold it until we receive the goods or proof of their return.
We refund via the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal statement (a different method may be used only with your consent and at no cost to you — see § 10 of the Terms of Service). Please note that your bank or credit card provider may also need additional time to process and post the refund.
In accordance with the Store's Terms of Service, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods, including in cases where, due to its nature, the item cannot be returned by ordinary postal means.
Where, due to the nature of the goods, an item cannot be returned by ordinary post, information about this (including return costs) will be provided in the item description in the Store.
If more than 14 days have passed since we received the returned goods and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@edustick.eu.
For full terms governing the right of withdrawal, statutory warranty, and complaints procedure, see our Terms of Service.
