Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy sets out the delivery methods, payment options, and shipping carriers available when ordering from the EDUstick® online store at edustick.shop, operated by EDUstick Sp. z o.o. (Warsaw, Poland). Specific carriers and delivery times depend on the destination country and the product ordered. The Creators Club subscription is not shipped — Access Codes are sent by email (§ 9a of the Terms of Service). In case of any discrepancy between this English translation and the original Polish version, the Polish text prevails.

Order processing. We prepare orders for dispatch within 24 hours on business days, and the estimated transit time is 3 business days. The total delivery cost and the estimated delivery date are shown before you place the order, in the cart and at checkout. Details in § 4.

§ 1. Delivery Methods

The Customer may use the following methods of delivery or collection of the ordered Product, provided they are available for the Product ordered:

  1. Courier delivery: through one of the carriers listed in § 3 below;
  2. In-person pickup, available at: EDUstick Sp. z o.o., ul. Żegańska 15, 04-713 Warsaw, Poland.

§ 2. Payment Methods

The Customer may use the following payment methods, provided they are available for the Product ordered:

  1. Cash on delivery;
  2. Bank transfer to the Seller's account;
  3. Electronic payments;
  4. Payment card.

Detailed information about currently available delivery methods and accepted payment methods is provided on the Store's pages during checkout. Payment operators are listed in § 8 of the Terms of Service.

§ 3. Shipping Carriers and Coverage

We ship to Poland, to the other European Union member states and to selected countries outside the EU, listed below.

DPD

Cash-on-delivery shipments are available only within Poland. Prepaid orders are carried by DPD to Poland and to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding the Canary Islands), Sweden.

InPost Parcel Lockers (Paczkomaty)

Shipments to parcel lockers are available both as prepaid and cash-on-delivery. The delivery address will be the parcel locker location selected and confirmed by the Customer during order placement. InPost Parcel Locker service is available only within the territory of Poland.

DPD Pickup Point / Locker

Prepaid shipments to pickup points located within Poland.

Orlen Paczka

Prepaid shipments to pickup points located within Poland.

Other countries

Shipments to countries not served by DPD (Croatia, Cyprus, Ireland, Malta and countries outside the European Union) are sent via the Easyship platform, which selects the carrier (e.g. DHL Express, UPS, FedEx). The carrier name and tracking number are in the shipping confirmation email, and the delivery cost is shown at checkout before payment.

The binding list is the one shown at checkout: if your country is not offered as a delivery address, the order cannot be placed.

§ 4. Delivery Times and Costs

  • InPost Parcel Locker: processing 24 h on business days, estimated transit 3 business days, Poland
  • DPD courier: processing 24 h on business days, estimated transit 3 business days, Poland and the DPD countries listed in § 3
  • DPD Pickup point: processing 24 h on business days, estimated transit 3 business days, Poland
  • Orlen Paczka: processing 24 h on business days, estimated transit 3 business days, Poland
  • Other countries: processing 24 h on business days, estimated delivery date shown at checkout
  • In-person pickup: processing 24 h on business days, Warsaw, ul. Żegańska 15

The delivery cost depends on the method and destination country. You see it together with the estimated delivery date in the cart and at checkout, before you place the order. In Poland, delivery is free on orders from PLN 399. Where a free-delivery threshold applies to another country, it is shown in the cart and at checkout.

§ 5. Available Delivery Options Per Product

Each Product available in the online store has its own defined available delivery methods. When placing an Order, the Customer should review which delivery options are available for the chosen Product and select the option most convenient for them.
