This Legal Notice contains the mandatory company information for the operator of the EDUstick® online store at edustick.shop and the edustick.eu website with the EDUstick Creators Club, as required by Article 5 of the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means (18 July 2002), Article 5 of Directive 2000/31/EC on electronic commerce, and Article 6 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. It also serves as a central reference point for our other legal documents.

§ 1. Operator

The EDUstick® online store at edustick.shop, and the Magic Filament™ product line offered through it, are operated by:

  • Legal name: EDUstick Sp. z o.o., (a Polish limited liability company)
  • Trading name: EDUstick
  • Registered office: ul. Żegańska 15, 04-713 Warsaw, Poland

The edustick.eu website is the information site of the EDUstick® brand and the platform of the EDUstick Creators Club (edustick.eu/klub/), governed by separate Website Terms. No sales contracts are concluded and no payments are accepted on edustick.eu — all sales, including Creators Club subscriptions, take place exclusively in the Store. The seller of all products available in the Store, including the Magic Filament™ line, is EDUstick Sp. z o.o. Magic Filament Sp. z o.o. is a supplier to EDUstick Sp. z o.o. and does not sell through the Store.

§ 5. Legal Documents

The following documents govern your use of the EDUstick® store and your relationship with us. Please review them carefully:

  • Terms of Service: the rules for placing orders, payment, delivery, the right of withdrawal, complaints, and warranty.
  • Privacy Policy & Cookies: how we collect, use, and protect your personal data under the GDPR, and our use of cookies — common to the Store and the edustick.eu website.
  • Creators Club Subscription Policy: Access Codes, renewals, cancellation and withdrawal from the subscription.
  • edustick.eu Website Terms (in Polish): Creators Club account, Access Windows and licence for Materials.
  • Shipping Policy: available delivery methods, carriers, and the countries we ship to.
  • Refund Policy: the 14-day return window, return procedure, and how refunds are processed.

§ 6. Complaints and Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, in particular by contacting the district (municipal) consumer ombudsman. Use of out-of-court procedures is voluntary for both parties; we do not undertake to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer ADR body. For complaints, please contact us directly at contact@edustick.eu.

The competent supervisory authority for data protection matters in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), uodo.gov.pl.

§ 7. Intellectual Property

All content on the EDUstick® online store and the edustick.eu website (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, photographs, product designs, software, and the overall "look and feel" of the website) is owned by EDUstick Sp. z o.o. or used under licence, and is protected by Polish and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

EDUstick® is a registered trademark of EDUstick Sp. z o.o. Magic Filament™ is a trademark of EDUstick Sp. z o.o. Other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on the website are the property of their respective owners.

No part of the website may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of EDUstick Sp. z o.o. The use of Creators Club Materials is governed by the licence in the Website Terms.

Some materials (in particular illustrative photos, graphics, texts, activity scenarios and videos) may be prepared using artificial intelligence tools, as set out in § 5(7) of the Terms of Service.

§ 8. Hosting and Platform

The EDUstick® online store is hosted on the Shopify platform, operated by Shopify International Limited (Ireland) and its affiliates. Shopify processes certain data on our behalf in accordance with its terms of service. For details on Shopify's privacy practices, see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

The edustick.eu website is hosted by Netlify, Inc.; Creators Club account data is stored by Supabase, Inc. (database in the Ireland region). The full list of providers is in § 6 of the Privacy Policy.
