Refund policy
This Refund Policy describes how returns, refunds, and exchanges work when ordering from the EDUstick® online store at edustick.eu, operated by EDUstick Sp. z o.o. (Warsaw, Poland). It applies in addition to your statutory rights as a Consumer under EU and Polish law. In case of any discrepancy between this English translation and the original Polish version, the Polish text prevails.
§ 1Return Window
We operate a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

§ 3Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item — so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
§ 4Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
§ 514-Day Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
§ 6Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved or declined.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically via the original payment method within 14 days (a different refund situation is described in the Store's Terms of Service). Please note that your bank or credit card provider may also need additional time to process and post the refund.
In accordance with the Store's Terms of Service, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods, including in cases where, due to its nature, the item cannot be returned by ordinary postal means.
Where, due to the nature of the goods, an item cannot be returned by ordinary post, information about this — including return costs — will be provided in the item description in the Store.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@edustick.eu.
