Cancellation policy

  • Effective from: 1 October 2026
  • Applies to: EDUstick® Creators Club
  • Original language: Polish

This policy explains how a subscription to the EDUstick® Creators Club purchased in the online store at edustick.shop, run by EDUstick Sp. z o.o., works: how you receive and use Access Codes, how the subscription renews, how to cancel it, what happens when a payment cannot be collected, and what you are entitled to as a Consumer. It applies alongside our Terms of Service (in particular § 9a), Refund Policy and the edustick.eu Website Terms (edustick.eu/regulamin/). Where this English translation differs from the Polish original, the Polish text prevails.

§ 1. What the subscription is

The Creators Club is paid access to a library of 3D-pen activities on edustick.eu (edustick.eu/klub/). Nothing is shipped.

For each paid period — the first one and every renewal — you receive one Access Code by email within 24 hours on business days of the payment being credited. You enter the Code in your account on the website: it opens access for the length of the paid period (1, 3 or 12 months), counted from when you enter it, or extends access that is already open. An unused Code does not expire.

You need a free account on edustick.eu (sign-in with Google, Microsoft or email and password) to enter the Code. The website account is separate from your store account.

During a paid period you also get 25% off Magic Filament™ filaments and 15% off EDUstick® accessories in the edustick.shop store. You receive the discount codes together with your Club access (by email or on the website) and enter them at the store checkout. The codes are for you only — please do not share them. The discount ends with the subscription.

The current price of each billing period is shown on the product page and in the basket before you order. The price you see at checkout is the price charged for that period.

§ 2. Renewal

  1. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, in the period you chose when ordering: monthly, every 3 months or yearly.
  2. Each renewal is charged to the payment method saved with the subscription. After the charge we send you a new Access Code.
  3. The next renewal date and amount are always shown in your store customer account (“Subscription” section) and in the purchase confirmation email. You can cancel at any time before that date (§ 3).
  4. The subscription continues until you cancel it or until it ends under § 4.

§ 3. How to cancel

  1. You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason and without a cancellation fee.
  2. Cancel in your store customer account, in the subscriptions section, or by writing to contact@edustick.eu from the address the subscription is registered to.
  3. Cancelling stops future renewals. Access Codes issued for paid periods remain valid and open access runs until its end.
  4. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period. Your rights described in § 5 are unaffected.
  5. Deleting your edustick.eu website account does not cancel the subscription in the store.

§ 4. When a payment cannot be collected

  1. If a renewal payment fails, we retry it three times, every 7 days. You will be notified by email and asked to update the payment method.
  2. If the payment still cannot be collected, the subscription is paused and no further Access Code is issued. Access already open is not shortened. Nothing further is charged.
  3. Once the outstanding payment is collected, we send the Code for the paid period.
  4. After the third failed attempt the subscription is cancelled and we notify you by email. You can start a new one at any time.

§ 5. Right of withdrawal for Consumers

  1. As a Consumer (including an entrepreneur with consumer rights) you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract, counted from the day it was concluded.
  2. The Creators Club is the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium. You can enter the Code before the 14 days are over only if you tick a box on the website (not pre-ticked) asking for access to start before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledging that you lose the right of withdrawal once you enter the Code, for the period it was issued for (Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). We confirm your consent by email. If you do not want to consent, you can enter the Code after the 14 days.
  3. As long as the Code has not been entered, withdrawal within 14 days is unconditional — we refund the full payment and cancel the Code.
  4. Renewals. On each automatic renewal you may withdraw from the contract for the renewed period within 14 days of the charge, provided the Code issued for that period has not been used (activated) — we then refund the full amount charged and cancel the Code. A renewal Code used in accordance with paragraph 2 is not refundable. Withdrawal does not cancel the subscription unless you ask us to.
  5. The withdrawal statement can be sent to contact@edustick.eu or to our postal address; you may use the model form at the end of our Terms of Service. Sending it before the deadline is enough to meet it. We refund within 14 days of receiving the statement, using the same payment method.

§ 6. Price and content changes

  1. We may change the price of future billing periods for important reasons. We will tell you at least 14 days before the change takes effect, by email, and you can cancel before it does. A price change never applies to a period already paid for.
  2. The library grows over time. The number and kind of activities available may change, and individual activities may be replaced or withdrawn under the Website Terms.
  3. If we discontinue the Creators Club entirely, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance and refund the price of unused Codes and a proportionate part of the price for unused open access.

§ 7. Complaints

Complaints about the subscription can be sent to contact@edustick.eu. We answer a Consumer complaint within 14 days. We are liable for the conformity of digital content under Chapter 5b of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (§ 11 of our Terms of Service). Out-of-court routes are described in § 12 of the Terms of Service.
